Not just for kids, our party packages are great for adult groups as well.
Attention Parents & Chaperones of young party-goers
You must be active in helping your young group to follow our facility rules (clearly posted and explained at the start of the party). Your UPTOWN party hosts will be focused on their priority of getting little climbers UP AND DOWN our walls.
PARTY PACKAGES
All parties are staffed and include our party room rental, paper plates, cups, utensils, harnesses, and a cool UpTown Nalgene water bottle for the birthday boy or girl! The structure of the party is typically two 45-minute, staff-assisted (~1 staff/ 5 climbers) climbing sessions with a 30-minute time break in between for birthday celebration!
Parties are for climbers 7 and older ONLY. Second grade (or turning 8 parties) is a good rule of thumb to ensure invited friends are also 7+.
Base Party $325 – Up to 10 climbers for 2 hours. $25 each additional up to max of 20 climbers.

Terms and Conditions:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment may not be divided among multiple credit cards, and checks will not be accepted.
If a party is rescheduled or cancelled less than 4 days in advance, UpTown Climbing will keep the deposit and a new deposit must be applied to new booking. Parties may be rescheduled no less than 4 days in advance without loss of deposit. The deposit will be applied to the updated booking.
Understand that ALL VISITORS, even if not climbing, must sign a Waiver prior to passing the front desk and entering the gym. Only the Parent or Court-appointed Legal Guardian may complete the waiver for a minor.

Standard bookings available Saturdays & Sundays at 10am and 1pm
Start arriving up to 15 minutes before your event.
Book up to 6 weeks but not less than 14 days in advance of your event via our Party Calendar or by clicking below.
Off-schedule (non-standard) bookings may be accommodated for a $100 premium
by request.
